Hello,
It is strange issue because plugin maybe cannot detect that it is category page.
Maybe it is some incompatibility with other plugin or with theme.
Try to disable other plugins and change theme to WordPress default to check it.

Just tried disabling the plugins and change to default theme but still same issue.
Please look into this on urgent basis need to launch the website.

Hello,
Maybe you have multiple categories with same slug(similar slug) or some modification in WooCommerce templates.
Try to check how other categories work in conditions.
