# "Filter" Multiple Layers

 * Hey,
 * is it possible to make a filter for different layers – kinda like the overlay
   function, but with using the standard layers of leaflet?
 * backgroud: i have different sorts of markers, i want to show all by default and
   then let the user “filter” which one he doesnt want to see.
 * maybe i dont get it? 😉

 * Hi, do you have any rough timeline estimate on when the ability to do some form
   of layer or category filtering/show-hide will be available? This is an essential
   feature for what I want to build. I’d like to use MapsMarker, but can’t without
   some way of allowing users to show only certain sets of markers (whether layers
   or categories).

 * Robert,great work on this plugin. I know you are hard at work and it shows.
 * Starting a new website for a client and this filter feature is a request. Were
   you able to get this into the next release? Would love to be able to use your
   plugin.

 * Hi,
    will take a bit longer unfortunately – have to release pro v1.0 first which
   unfortunately takes some more time as I am having external dependencies here.
   And I havent yet figured out how to best implement filtering on frontend on a
   technical basis. Anyway: this feature is pretty high on the roadmap for a later
   pro version – so I kindly ask you to be patient 🙂 best, Robert

 * filters are planned for v1.1 which won’t be available before September I guess(
   I don’t want to give too optimistic views regarding release dates as I am having
   some external dependencies I can’t really accelerate & which are forcing me to
   postpone v1.0 to end of July for example). Hope you can wait that long 😉

 * I would also appreciate filters to individual layers in multi-layers map :-).

 * started working on pro v1.4 this weekend, import/export via csv is a bit complicated
   so I guess 3-6 weeks (could be finished earlier though, depending on how I am
   progressing).
