Filter for text translation

    I got this site that I have an english and a spanish language and its switchable. What I need to do is to be able to filter text in the form? Placeholder of textbox ‘Enter email’ = ‘Ingrese correo electrónico’.
    Button text ‘Sign up’ = ‘Contratar’

    To be able to replace texts in the form including the msg after a successful sign up.
