I understand that when filtering products by attribute, it displays all products.
As a first step, please could you navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and do the following to see if it makes any difference:
– Clear WooCommerce transients
– Clear expired transients
– Recount terms
– Regenerate Product lookup tables
If that makes no difference, I would recommend performing a full conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts. The best way to determine this is to:
– Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
– Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
– Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.

If the issue is still present after performing the conflict test, please could you share a copy of the following:
– System Status: navigate to WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’.
– Fatal errors: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs
Once you have these, you can share them in your response here.

I tried everything mentioned above, but unfortunately without success.
The needed logs are below, i couldn’t find fatal error logs.
If needed i also can prove admin access to the WordPress?

Hello. The same issue here. Clean install of WP 6.0.1 and WooCommerce 6.6.1.
When I add the Filter block to the Sidebar, it shows all the filters in all the Product Categories 🙁
