# Filter doesn’t work with Elex

 * Hi !
 * So I just installed the plugin Elex to bulk edit products.

 * I chose one category to filter and the loading page is stuck on the loading icon
   for 10 minutes while there is just 3 products to filter (I tried that, because
   before I selected al ot of products to filter and it did the same. I thought 
   maybe it was too much and I should split up and do by smaller bulks).
 * Anyone else has the problem ?

 * ELEX bulk edit plugin can handle more than 5000+ products in a single job run
   so it is not the expected behavior of our plugin. It could be a compatibility
   issue on your site. Please run the theme and plugin compatibility test on your
   site by deactivating all plugins except our plugin and WooCommerce and changing
   the theme to the WooCommerce default one then check if you are still facing the
   issue.
 * Also, Please check the WordPress, WooCommerce, and the plugin version installed
   on your site. Feel free to raise a [support](https://support.elextensions.com/)
   ticket with these details.
