 * Hi.
    I have a problem with my filter not working. I added attributes via woocommerce
   and also added custom fields so I can use range for my filters. The filter shows
   but when trying to use it – doesn’t work and shows all the products. I checked
   everything and I really don’t know where is the problem. I use divi and I have
   Filter Everything Pro.

 * Hi [@tfna111](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tfna111/)
 * This forum is for support requests for the Free version of the plugin. For the
   PRO version you have to use comments section of the plugin page on CodeCanyon
   and write your request from the account you purchased the plugin.

 * Hi!
 * But to filter work normally it doesn’t have to be a pro version? I did not use
   anything from pro version (yet).
    I can’t write from the account, pro version
   was purchased from because it’s a company account. But as I said I haven’t even
   used the pro version yet.

 * Hi [@tfna111](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tfna111/)
 * In your case with using Divi theme and its modules for products only PRO version
   can filter them. Because Divi modules use custom WP_Queries instead of native
   WP_Queries that could be filtered by Free version.
 * If your company uses PRO version and they are not able to make plugin work, they
   can ask about support on the page, where the plugin was bought.
