# Filter Disappearing

 * I have the filter in place and I am trying to use the shortcode, I have the page
   set up as:
 * [products columns=”5″  paginate=”false” use-sorting=”false”  category=”34-premium-
   dog-collars” filter-id=”336148″]
 * and I have a list like this with the filter ID matching the ID of the filter 
   I want to use.
 * this is the filter shortcode which I have at the top and I am trying to pull 
   into a widget location:
 * [br_filter_single filter_id=336148]
 * the filter shows up and disapears quickly after load.
 * right now I am testing in 2017 and cannot get the code to work.

 * Please check what plugin displayed in admin bar “Product filters” panel. It must
   display check icon under “shortcode”.
