    Hello!

Thanks for the great plugin! I am using GravityView to approve or dissapprove entries entered by site users. The Approval Status field was not created by me, it is inbuilt by Gravity form, I need to build reports only for approved entries. How do I filter entries based on approval status? NB: Approval Status field has no field ID. Thanks for the help!

    Hi Philip,

    Thanks for the feedback!
I don’t really understand what is this status field… Are you talking about this : http://docs.gravityview.co/article/88-how-to-approve-or-reject-entries-in-gravityview

It seems to be a field in the form right ? Can you please take a screenshot of the backoffice part where your approve status is ?

BELOW, See the status column “Originally Approval Status” changed in GravityViews to reflect status. I’d wish to create a report/chart using ONLY approved entries, i.e those with ticks, and leave out those with crosses. I however can’t seem to find the relevant corresponding shortcode to filter out records based on “Approval status. Thank you so much.

THIS IS WHERE I APPROVE OR DISAPPROVE THE ENTRIES:
    APPROVAL

This is another screen that shows the same column – but with no ability to change status. Only indicates whether approved on note based on what I did at the previous screen:
    APPROVAL STATUS

When I enter the shortcode to display charts, it displays results for all entries whether approved or not. I’ve tried many ways but in vain.
