Filter controlbox won’t display

    I’m at my wit’s end with this problem; I simply cannot get the filter control box to display on my multi-layer map! The ‘add layer to filter controlbox’ field will not stay checked; I set them to ‘yes (checked)’, click the ‘update’ button and reload the map – nothing. When I go back into my multi-layer map, the ‘add layer to filter controlbox’ fields have reverted back to ‘no’.

    Please help; the site I’m using this map on is supposed to go live tomorrow 🙁

    Update: the filter controlbox will display, but only in the bottom-left corner of the map :-S Any ideas how I can force it to show in the top-right?

    Hi,

    sorry for late reply – please do not use the support forum on wordpress.org for pro version support (this is actually against the rules & our response time here is lower as you might have noticed) but the helpdesk at mapsmarker.com/helpdesk instead.

    regarding positioning of filter controlbox: this will be possible with the upcoming v4.0 release, which we plan to release by the end of August.
