Filter category AJAX

    Maybe this issue is posted before but I can’t find it. I want to achieve the following: I want to add some sort of “category filter” to my WordPress page so Category X is showed when button X is pressed, and category Y is showed when button Y is pressed; a similar solution can be found here: http://www.nos.nl (it’s in Dutch, sorry, but the content is not that important; I mean the buttons “Nieuws” and “Sport”).

    Can someone give me some hints to get me started? I have some experience with PHP and willing to learn/find out.
