I created several filters using product tags for existing products, they work great. Example page here:

https://blackbirdandcompany.com/product-category/a-la-carte/

I added a number of new products and new tags, products were created by spreadsheet import, and only one filter with a single tag displays:

https://blackbirdandcompany.com/product-category/classes/

On the WBW Product Filters settings page, I have tried the “Start indexing product parameters” at teh top of the page, but have not seen any change.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hello @anduril3019,

It’s hard to say what went wrong.

But with a high degree of probability, we can assume that somewhere was set the restrictions that exclude the display of products on this page, since this is a category page, then perhaps you limited the list of categories in the filter settings?

Turns out I had a duplicate filter with a similar name and was editing the wrong one. It’s working great now, thanks!
