Filter by Gender

Hi I am trying to set up the Members directory profile page which has been done successfully. https://chandigarhhousesale.com/marriage/directory/
I created Male and Female under Gender category and this displays correctly on the Members directory page. When I try to filter the result by Female it works correctly. But if i try to filter it using Male, then search result shows both Male and Female and just Male.
Perhaps some setting I have not done correctly?
