[resolved] Filter by attribute not working (1 post)

    I am using WooCommerce with a child theme of Responsive. I added 200 items to my shop, all with the attribute "Style," all with the same five terms within that attribute. Then I went back and modified some of the items to remove terms from certain products, so not every single item has all five of the terms anymore.

    However, on my shop page, when you choose the "Cabinets" category, the layered nav filter shows that all 200 items have all 5 of the terms. If I try to filter by one of the terms, like "Dillon" (which I removed from quite a few of the products), it still returns all 200 products.

    What is wrong with this thing, or did I misunderstand how these attribute filters are supposed to work? I have tried deactivating all the other plugins, no dice.

    A couple of the items that do not have the "Dillon" term include:
    W3912
    W3315
    W361824

    But they still show up even when I'm trying to filter just items that have "Dillon" as the term.
