filling in comment form

    I was trying to identify registered users not have to fill in the comment form, so that it simply says there name, and is not in a form… currently, I can’t even get their name and info to show up at all in the form, so they always have to fill it in.
    Also, is there any way to then identify them as truly being themselves, rather than somebody impersonating them?

    yeah – check out my wp-comments file.
    Basically, if a user is logged in they will have their values automatically filled in. (Actually, the fields will be “disabled” and then dummy fields that actualyl get submitted are created – but that’s beside the point, it works.)
