    Hi, I have a weird situation:
    – when I recived form email with filed all data and read it in WindowsXP mail program I have not completly details.

    Hey trejka,

    It looks like the mail app in Windows XP isn’t able to correct process and render our HTML mail template. This application is from 2001 and is not something we’re able to support.

    There are two ways to get things working.

    1- Switch to a modern email client. Thunderbird is a great client, that supports Windows XP, and is free. See https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/

    2 -In WPForms, use plain text emails instead of HTML emails. This can be configured in the general WPForms Settings. See https://cl.ly/3a3f2r2a3244

    THX for the answer. They are using “old stuff” and that is the problem.
