Filing forms disappear

    Hello LDD Directoryn team,

    Sorry, I was off for a long time, but we still have an issue with the filling form. It’s totally empty (no lines to enter address, phone, website,…).

    Could you help us to fix it out, please ?

    Hi Céline. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Can you provide some more info:

    1. What theme are you using?
    2. What version of WordPress are you using?
    3. Are the input fields missing from the front end submission or the back-end directory management?

    Hi there,

    1. The theme is Sharp Gabfire
    2. WordPress 4.6.1
    3. They are mission on the bak-end directory management.

    Two things to check right away:

    1. Make sure there is not a plugin conflict. Try deactivating all other plugins to see if the issue is resolved. If so reactivate the plugins one by one to see which one is conflicting with ours.
    2. Check that the Screen Option (upper right hand corner of the editor screen) are checked for the LDD Directory options: Logo, Owner, Categories, Tags, Cantact Information, Summary, Location, Web Addresses (http://prntscr.com/d4oszg)

    In the meantime, our programmer is reviewing this issue as well.

    Thank you for your advices.
    I found the plugin conflict, this is the plugin “team members”, how can I fix this issue by keeping the both plugins…

    We’ve confirmed the conflict and are looking into its cause and a possible solution. We hope to get it resolved soon.

    The issue has been resolved and will be part of our next update. In the mean time you can download and replace the two affected files from out GitHub Repo:

    1. includes/admin/metaboxes.php

    Hi. We haven’t heard back from you in a while. We’ll be pushing out the update that resolves this issue and a couple of other bugs and minor enhancements shortly. I’m going to mark this as resolved.
