# Filezilla swettings

 * I am baffled as to what settings to use to log into Filezilla.
 * I have used [http://www.[mydomain].com](http://www.[mydomain].com) and my wp-
   admin lofin and password
 * plus [http://www.[mydomain].com](http://www.[mydomain].com) and my Ipage login
   and password
 * plus
 * [http://www.ipage.com](http://www.ipage.com) and my ipage login and password
 * Noneof these work… 🙁

 * if your webhost is ipage, please contact ipage support team for guidance to set
   up your FTP access so you can use at tool like FileZilla. (You **might** need
   to set up a new FTP user in ipage)

 * Thanks Lisa.
 * The FTP settings are set according to IPage (whose phone support now appears 
   to have been ditched and replaced by a very slow and undermanned Live Chat). 
   I do indeed have an FTP account.
 * Still no connection though.
 * I think I will ditch Filezilla and use a Backup Plugin. Updraft would not install–
   does anyone know of a good alternative?
