    When I’m running FZ I get the message that I’m not connected to a server.

    I’m running WordPress on my PC using a localhost instead of a real Webhotel, because I’m new in line of webdesign.

    Can anybody help to get FZ to run??

    When you are using localhost:
    -You almost certainly don’t have an FTP server (daemon) to accept a connection, setting up an FTP server is too much trouble.
    -You don’t need an FTP client, you just access your local file system

    So the answer is “you don’t need it”, of course when you are managing hosted websites, then Filezilla is the best of its breed.
