Files not linking from FTP Site to WordPress Dashboard

    Hi there,
    I have designed a wordpress site in Microsoft Webmatrix, but when I tried to upload it to the host server, i battled to get it up. I then proceeeded to do a manual install via FTP server – which worked fine, but it’s not linking the content of my pages.

    All the plugins and themes are available, but not the content (images, posts and pages). All the files are located on the server. Is there a way I can link them back to the site?

    PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!
