Files not attaching to notification email

    Currently have the upload your-file portion set up like this, but when the email is sent the attachment shows but the file does not exist. It shows file size of 0kb.

    [file your-file filetypes: html|txt|css|gif|png|jpeg|jpg|tiff|bmp|ai|eps|ps|rtf|pdf|doc|docx|zip|rar|ppt]</p>

    I do not have a space between “filetypes:” and “html”

    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.
