Files not attached in email
-
Dear team!
CONGRATULATIONS for your plugin, you make our lives more easy. Thanks you very much.
I’ve been creating contact forms so much time ago and today I’ve had my first issue.
In URL that I send you I’ve created a new form with two [file] fields (screenshot attach). This files has been inseerted how [file* file-foto limit:3000000 filetypes:jpg|jpeg|gif|png|pdf] and [file* file-702 limit:10000000 filetypes:doc|docx|pdf].
In email tab, I have inserted shortcodes [file-foto] and [file-702] in Atached files field (as always). I’ve activated “Use HTML content” and “Use email 2”.
When the “customer” and me receive the both answer emails, nobody receive the attached files into it. The rest of the form fields are ok.
I’ve check the upload folder wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads. It’s empty and the permissions are ok (rwx r-x r-x)- The .htcacces in there has rw- r– r–. The file path has not been changed.
The first time that I tested the form this morning (the site is in development mode) It worked correctly, but not now.
Can you help me?
—–Update—–
I´ve tried this possible solution but the problem persist.
Now the attached files are in the server (for 120 minutes) in path: wp-ontent / uploads / wp_dndcf7_uploads
