Files missing when using CDN or Github, but zip archives are complete

    I bought the Simply Static Pro License to push the WordPress page to a CDN.

    When I use the export to Zip, the website is complete.
    But when I upload to the bunny.net CDN or GitHub, many files are missing.
    (Including the /index.html, and /wp-includes/ folder)

    The error log is not showing anything useful.

    Simply Static, Version 2.1.5.8
