Files Missing – Can I re-install theme

    We had someone jacking around with our files thinking they knew what they were doing to change our url from OmahaBusinessassociation.com/wordpress to omahabusinessassociation.com.

    Well… now everything broke. Spoke with GoDaddy and they said we would possibly have to re-install the theme. Is this possible so it wont overwrite any content?

    there are a bunch of files missing. How do we get these files back without ruining the site completely?

    Also, how do we change the URL to not direct to the WordPress root?
