    On the Wordfence Scan page, next to “Tools: Cleaning a hacked system?”, there is a link to “list of files that are not in the WordPress core, plugin or theme repositories”.

    The list produced for my site includes files from Fast Secure Contact Form and Spam Free WordPress which I just now installed directly from the Repository through the WP Install Plugins page.
