Files don't play

    I’ve installed the player and uploaded mp3 files. The player appears with the all the song titles, however when I click on the green play the button turns gray and the pause button turns yellow, but no sound.

    I noticed the size reported is 0 MB and the length column is blank. The download button will download a file but the file is 0 bytes.

    I verified the path buy putting the path I used in the short tag into a browser followed by the file name. The song plays normally.

    This player looks like a great solution for this project so I’d really like to get it working. However, I’m on deadline for this so I’ll need to move on to another player by this weekend if I’m unable to resolve.

    Copy the Exact Short code which you are using, so that i can solve your issue,
