 * This appears to be an error caused by your hosting provider. It seems you’re 
   using a free hosting service, and several users are currently reporting this

   WordPress can’t help with this; it needs to be resolved by your hosting provider.

 * Ok. Thank you. My hosting provider is profreehost.com. But the problem that the
   hosting doesn’t have any contact with administrator

 * I see a “Support” section there that appears to be a forum. I think that’s where
   you should post: [https://forum.profreehost.com/user-guide](https://forum.profreehost.com/user-guide)
 * Or you could just wait for the problem to resolve itself. It’s hard to say if
   that will happen or how long it might take.
 * Alternatively, your only other option is to move your project to a different 
   hosting provider. To do this, you first need to find another hosting provider
   and then migrate the project. How to do this is described here, for example:
