    Hello,
I have been building my blog with the given URL from WP. I was ready to go live with my domain http://www.wellbellyhealing.com and when I went into dashboard>settings and changed my site address and URL to the wellbelly URL my account went down and locked me out.

I had not exported my WP files to be uploaded to Go Daddy yet. They are doing my hosting and my wellbelly domain is through them. This shouldn't have anything to do with it as I have not uploaded files yet?

I am locked out of my account and really need TECH SUPPORT. Is anyone out there able to get into my blog to see what is happening???
this is the old URL that I was appointed by WP

    http://66.147.244.219/~wellbel8/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2F66.147.244.219%2F%7Ewellbel8%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

Change the urls back. See Changing_The_Site_URL for details of how to do this correctly without logging in.

I don't understand any of that and don't see how I can change something that I can't even access. I am really locked out and really need help.

Now my old http://www.wellbellyhealing.com site (hosted on another platform) is trying to point at the blank WP log in page. This is a messs.

    WordPress does not assign URL's.

As esmi said, you do not have to be logged in to change the site's URL.

Your URL goes to your old blog. The servers at GoDaddy have to be pointed to the correct URL. The link you posted for log in is missing a style sheet but you should be able to log in there after the server's are corrected.

If you cannot manage this yourself, you may want to consider hiring someone
