"Files and database" does not finish

    I have a small site (180 MB) running on what could be considered a budget hoster (one.com). When I try to backup “Files and database” the process seems to hang at creating zip archive. How long should it take normally to backup 180MB? How long do I need to wait before I know that it is my hoster that causes a problem?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    So a site that size shouldn’t take longer then just a few minutes with ZIP command, can be longer with the other fallback methods.

    What happens when you exclude a portion or your entire uploads directory? Does the backup complete?

    I’d recommend you enable support and reach out to us through there.
