Files and Data base

Hi,

I just install the plugin, I want to ask few questions: there are 4 options and on 4th one it says
Files and Database Backup. if I use this option it will download whole website? files, data base, plugin theme each and everything?

after creating the backup via clicking “run now” how to download the whole website on computer?

and I got one error while taking the backup and it is :
[WARNING]Could not retrieve file size of “/home/dh_3egyrtjawaddiyutr/jawadditaksal.org/wp-content/backupwordpress-976059e2c6-backups/jawadditaksal-org-1502028451-complete-2017-11-26-03-00-18.zip 3617494522”. The file might be too large. It will not be added to queue.

what does that mean?
