# filebrowser does not work after switching to https

 * I recently changed the webpage from http to https. Unfortunately the filebrowser
   does not work any more. It shows the folder icons but when opening them they 
   seem to be empty.
 * In Chrome’s console I can find following error:
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read
   property createDocumentFragment’ of undefined jquery.js?ver=1.12.3:3
 * I already deleted the plugin as well as related database tables and made a fresh
   installation but that didn’t help.
 * Any hint how to solve this problem?

 * Yes, I did. And reading the prior articles it looks like this is most probably
   the reason and not switching to https.

 * ME2 forgot first testing my test site:-( run now 4.5 version an Visual Composer/
   WP-Filebase dont work now:-(
