@ninjateamwp @ninjateam Don’t put ?filter=5
in your review links, it hides the non-5 star reviews from the person who uses that link and that’s not being completely honest. That’s not necessary as the stars default to 5 for all new reviews. The reviewer would manually need to change it to something other than 5 if they wanted to.
I’ve removed that part and now they’ll see the actual reviews and not just the 5 star ones.
Hi Jan,
Thanks for the information 🙂
Tommy
Thanks for the quick turnaround, @ninjateam. All looks good on my end now.
Great to hear Thomas @thomashigginbotham 😀
Looks like I spoke too soon. When I checked the plugin again, it seems that it is no longer the Pro version. It updated to “FileBird Lite 4.0.1”. How do I restore the “Pro” status?
By the way, I appreciate the quick response time.
Hi Thomas,
If you are using pro version, you should download here https://codecanyon.net/item/media-folders-manager-for-wordpress/21715379 and reinstall (manually).
Documentation: https://ninjateam.gitbook.io/filebird/how-to-update-filebird
We working on auto-update for the pro version and will release soon.
Tommy
Thanks, that worked. Looking forward to the auto-update option in the future.
Hi,
When updating File bird, I loose all my folders. To be more specific I loose all my subfolders where I’ve sorted my images. So for now, I’ve remained to the older version (3.8.1).
On my ftp folders, the name is not the same :
Version 3.8.1 : “filebird-wordpress-media-library-folders”
Updated version : “filebird-pro”
And, obviously, my support has expired…
How can I fix this situation ?
Best
Marion
