I’ve a number of Custom Post Types but Filebird does not show with any of them – either in the backend or via the page builder in use (Beaver Builder) – however it does work for standard posts (no page builder assigned).

Any ideas how to get Filebird to register with my CPTs? Is there a Custom Support I need to add to them? Also why it may not be showing with Beaver Builder? (Beaver Builder with the BB Theme is in use).

I’ve noticed there is no Filebird JS showing on the frontend.

    Hi @cmspencer99 ,

Thanks for using FileBird, please note that its only the PRO that supports those builders.

The Lite version works with Classic and Gutenberg editor only, you can learn more here:

Thanks @ninjateamwp, no worries – what about custom post types, that’s not on the pro list either.

I’d expect it to show up in the admin on the featured image selection for any post type with a matching capability type?

    Hi @cmspencer99 ,

May I know what plugin you use to customize custom posts? And I think our developers can work to support it for you if you buy PRO and request.

    Kind regards,

Hi, this is creating it through functions.php so not a plugin. Seems like it should apply automatically? If the only solution is pro for CPT support then I’ll have to find a different solution I think.

    Hi @cmspencer99 ,

The information from our developers unit is that the function to support CPT is already on our road map.

So, we will have it soon in one of our coming updates.

    Thank you!

    Kind regards,
