# File Uploads Issue

 * I have followed all the instructions for adding a file upload. The plugin still
   only let me upload a file max of 1MB. I have added the limit text, i have tried
   upping the amount in the PHP file of the plugin, i am on the current WP version
   and PHP version and my site lets me upload upto 20MB files. – – –
 * [file test limit:10485760 filetypes:jpeg|jpg|pdf]
 *  – – –
 * I cant figure out why the plugin is still not working. We just get the error “
   Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by
   another method.” when we try and upload a file larger than 1MB.
 * Im at a loss in searching for a solution online and with our hosting provider.
   Any other ideas / solutions out there??!!
