File Uploader max file size

We want our users to be able to upload zipped folders up to 2GB. When i upload a folder of around 7MB, i get a progress bar and it shows up in the folder. But when i try with a Zip file of around 1.3GB, no progress bar appears and it just stops uploading it seems. There is plenty of room left on Dropbox itself

Is there a max file size the uploader can work with?
