User File upload not working v3.8.11.1

    I have also looked at the database and found that the wpsc_cart_contents has a spot for files and all the orders i tested have a N in that slot so i guess it is not making it to the cart to get uploaded.

    OK nevermind. I think i fgured it out. It seems the file that handles the extensions permitted on the customer uploads only permits lowercase extensions. the code presented by djkene70 in this post http://getshopped.org/forums/topic/problems-uploading-file-on-a-product-shipping/ fixed it for me. The only bad thing is you have to put it in the actual PHP file not a PHP copy in your child theme. Maybe they will fix this one day.

    Good find. We’ll have a fix for this in the 3.8.12 release.
