File Upload Issue

Hey, I’m using your plugin Since It’s great plugin and It’s interface is very nice.

The problem I’m facing is that I’m not receiving files via form. However when I try as admin login It works fine.

But After logged out I’m only receiving data.

Server setting is upto date.
