update: this happens when “allow uploading multiple files” is checked, ok when unchecked
Hello, @waterpoweredtek!
Thanks for posting about this issue!
This might be a small CSS conflict, could you please post the link to your form page, where we can have a look?
We will see if there’s a quick CSS solution and provide it ASAP.
Thank you! Have a wonderful day!
Hi, @waterpoweredtek!
Thanks for the link, as predicted, it is a CSS conflict. Could you please add the following code to Custom CSS option of your form theme?
.file-picker {
height: 22px !important;
}
Alternatively, you can place it in style.css file of your website theme or a custom CSS editor.
Make sure to clear the cache of your web browser before you check the changes. Let us know if this works.
Cheers!
Hi, thanks for that, the image now shows on a mobile Android device and I can successfully upload an image. However, and I realise this may not be a Form Maker problem, even though I set the multiple uploads to on, I cannot select more than one picture on the mobile device – as soon as I click on a pic to upload, it goes straight back to the form rather than letting me select another? No problem with the PC version.
Any help would be appreciated!
Cheers, Brian
Hi, @waterpoweredtek!
This seems to be a different issue, could we please have a closer look at it? Please contact our team using this form and send the link to this forum thread.
Our development team will figure out a solution ASAP and we’ll post it here.
Thank you! Have a good day!
Form submitted. I presume the link you refer to is our page? This is https://www.waterpoweredtechnologies.com/upload/
Hi, sorry but having so much trouble with this form we decided to use a Caldera form which works great for our application. But thanks for your support and we still use FormMaker forms on other areas of our website.
Hey, @waterpoweredtek!
We are glad to know you resolved the problem. However, it seems like this problem is global, so our development team will investigate it further.
In case it is a bug, we’ll release an update with the necessary changes.
Cheers!
