 * Dear, Igor! Thank you for such smart and flexible form constructor – i customize
   it a bit and got almost everything i need. Except one function – file upload.
   I added the input field via “Free HTML” function, user can upload file – but 
   its not sending. What am I missing?

 * Hi Sabrina. At the time of writing (version 1.1) file upload is not implemented
   with Jazzy Forms. Workarounds with own HTML elements won’t send out anything.
 * I will take this as a suggestion for future improvements. Thank you.
