file tag not working

    Hi,

    Make sure the file tag is on the last step of the form.

    This plugin does not support file uploads on every form. If you need to use file uploads make sure to place it on the last step.

    It doesn’t change on the last step.
    What is the reason for limited functionality only in the last step?
    I was worried because it only looks like a bad specification.

    This plugin uses cookies or session storage to store the form values from one page to the next so attachments can’t be saved that way. Outside of saving the values and adding them back to the form on submission, this plugin doesn’t alter the core Contact Form 7 plugin.
