# File Size issue

 * hi,
    first of all thank you for this awesome plugin. after that i have 2 question
   for you.
 * 1. i’m using an external Direct link of my File outside my wp core file and inside
   my wp webhost. the file has 1.6GB size, but the plugin shows the size 2GB. how
   can i fix this to show the exact size ?
 * 2. how can i translate or change the KB MB GB file size postfix ?

 * yes ! on my posts when the plugin prints out the size of the file that i have
   linked !

 * I’m guessing you use the button template (which outputs the big button), so you
   might want to template override that. You can read on template overriding here:

 * We use the WordPress function `size_format` ([https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/size_format](https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/size_format))
   so I expect you should change / optimize that part.
 * I can’t do the actual custom development for you. If you’re unable to do so yourself,
   I suggest you ask your question somewhere created for these kind of questions
   like wordpress.stackexchange.com or consider hiring a developer.
