 * Hey all, I am trying to upload a larger video to my site (40 mb). What is the
   best practice for this? Should I just upload this in the media library? I don’t
   want my site to be slow because of the file sizes

 * Upload the video to YouTube and embed a youtube player on your site. That way,
   it will not slow down your site at all or eat into your available bandwidth.
 * To embed a youtube video, just type in the URL for the video on a line by itself
   and WordPress will automatically do amazing things.
