file sharing through WP

I am the Webmaster for a photography group. I am looking to find an easy way for members (many of whom are not very computer literate) to send images (less than 1MB each) to other members so they can judge them. I will also add to gallery sections. I know that email is an obvious solution, but when you have 50 people sending images at different times it becomes difficult to manage. Is there a way for users to click on a link on a WP page and then drag (or click upload) so the image is actually sent to a central location (cloud or somewhere on the Website hosting server)?
