File preview no longer working?

    Hi – we’ve been using this tool for a number of years successfully. The preview of files (e.g. PDF, images, or others files) stopped working recently, although we’re not sure when. When trying to review a file, it spins but nothing happens and/or we get . We changed the settings so that folks could download files but we would rather the preview functioning. Is this another issue created by the new 5.5. version of WordPress? FYI – we are using the 7.5.0 version of the plugin.
