file picker wont work

    I purchased the file picker addon for awesome support, and I get an error on the admin side saying that i need to input my lisence from filepicker. I have done that already and I can see my lisence in the place where it is supposed to be. I also receive an error on the user side saying the following: [uuid=274DDE0A37D14B88] This action has been secured by the developer of this website. Error: The signature was not valid

    Did you correctly enter the API secret? This error could be due to a typo in the secret key that’s used to secure the uploads.

    Hi Julien, I had not heard back from you about this problem. can you please give me an update? I had been corresponding with you through your website about this problem but my support ticket was closed without hearing back any final resolutions. Will you please give me an update?

    The ticket was closed because you can’t remember your password and didn’t reply to it. I have e-mailed you back yesterday or the day before about your issue but didn’t get an answer.

    Actually, I think I was wrong. I was thinking about another user. Your ticket is #12413 right? In this case, we’re trying to figure out what’s wrong. Sorry it takes so long but it seems to be related to your server which makes things harder to debug.
