    I defined the Allowed Mime Types “txt|asc|c|cc|h|srt”

    When I try to upload a .SRT file, it will not allow me to select the file type.

    Am I missing something?

    Hey.

    Thank you for reporting to me. Looks like there is a problem with the standard types list. In the next update, I will remove this list and allow selecting all file types, since there is no normal solution yet.

    I am not a fan of allowing all file types – this reduces security.

    It does recognize .vtt files – I am using that format of captions.
    I would rather does this than allow any file to be uploaded to my server.

    No no, I misinterpreted the gist a little. It will still not allow uploading different file types, but in the Upload window, you will see all available files to select them.

    For example, this file uploader is limited to “txt|asc|c|cc|h|srt”, but in the Upload window I selected the “.jpg” file. This is how it will work:
