File not loading Not a valid JSON response

    Hi,

    I like to embed excel files (.xlsx)
    I tried uploading and with files already in the library (not the other option i’m just trying the free version for now). But I get this message “Error loading the document : response is not a valid JSON response”
    I also tried with PDF same problem.

    I saw 2 topics with the same issue but didn’t find answers there.
