    Hello,

    I am getting a similar message regarding Forminator.

    WordPress version 6.1.1
    Thème actif : Flatsome Child (version 3.0) Extension actuelle : Forminator (version 1.20.1) PHP version 7.4.32

    Error Message : (I translated from French to English the best I could)

    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused at line 26 of file /home4/villethursoqc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/forminator/addons/pro/trello/trello.php.

    Error Message require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home4/villethursoqc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/forminator/addons/pro/trello/class-forminator-addon-trello.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/share/pear’)

    I was told to re-oistall the Forminaror plug-in.
    Two questions:
    A) how do I re-install?
    B) if I re-install, will I lose my forms I already have?

    Hi @guygreen63

    I hope you are doing well today.

    Based on the error it seems that the update or plugin or installation failed and some files are missing.

    Please:
    – download Forminator plugin to PC
    – unzip file
    – log in to FTP and navigate to /wp-content/plugins/forminator
    – replace all files and folders from that zip file
    – refresh dashboard

    With that, no data will be lost.
