    Hello,

I’ve installed your plugin and I’m having this problem.
Whenever I try to upload a file it seems that the plugin doesn’t manage to upload it on the ftp (The file appears in the list).
When I try to access it I receive this message

    Not Found

The requested URL /cluj/2013/wp-content/uploads/user_uploads/marius_m/file.pdf was not found on this server.

I’ve tried to change the upload directory too, but no luck.
Can you help me with this problem?

    Thanks

    Hello,

make sure you have file permissions for uploads/user_uploads set to 775 or 777.

Thanks for the tip. I’ve already checked this

The problem is that if I want to make a directory in the “uploads” directory (at the same level with “user_uploads”) – there is no problem,
however, I can’t create such files in the “user_uploads” directory.
I can’t change the file permissions for “user_uploads” whatsoever

    Any tips?

Well my plugin attempts to create directory under uploads/ with it’s best.

I only can say that delete the plugin and install it again. May it works.

    I ran into this too.

Problem is that if the user’s first name is, say, “Test” and username is “test123”, the plugin creates a folder called wp-content/uploads/user_uploads/Test (using first name), but actual file URL shown after user uploads the file (when you try to click on it to see if it will download ok) shows folder name with the username (test123) which obviously doesn’t exist.
