File not Downloading

All,

I created a webpage ( https://capitalrecoveryadvisors.com/case-studies-test/) and after entering information in the Name, Organization, Email fields when I select the “Request To link” button, the link to download the file is listed below the fields.

However when I select the link, another Tab on the browser pops up and my file is not downloaded.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue so a user can download the file?
