File name instead of foto caption

Dear Jacob,

after upload new pics to a new album I do get the filename instead the foto caption. In options IX-D-13 I choose IPTC Tag 2#005 (Graphic name). In the database, table *wppa_iptc I do have

tag = 2#005
description = <the text I want to see>

On the options page I do get the explanation that the file name is used of there is no description but there is. What else could be wrong?
